The problem

The problem with multi-product analytics.

You want to see your numbers. Instead, you're logging into dashboards.

Fragmented Dashboards

Separate logins for each Stripe account, each Lemon Squeezy store, Polar, DodoPayments, Paystack. Six tabs to answer 'what's my MRR today?'

No Unified Number

Every platform shows its own total. You do the addition manually — every time you want a portfolio view.

Zero AI Context

Your analytics tell you MRR moved. They don't explain which product drove it, or what you should do next.

Tool Tax

Baremetrics ($108/mo), ChartMogul ($100+/mo), MultiMMR ($19/mo, Stripe-only). All assume one business — you have a portfolio.

How it works

Portfolio intelligence, handled for you.

Three steps from zero to a complete view of your portfolio revenue.

Step 1 — Connect

One API key per account.
No OAuth, no approval flow.

Paste a read-only API key from any supported provider account. Compound validates it immediately — active subscription count and estimated MRR shown before you save.

Key validated in under a second
Stored encrypted, never logged
Connect as many accounts as you have

Step 2 — Normalize

Monthly, annual, custom intervals.
All normalized to monthly MRR.

Compound pulls every active subscription and normalizes billing intervals to a monthly figure. Annual plan? Divided by 12. Daily snapshot. Automatic.

Step 3 — Analyze

One click. Claude writes
a CFO-style briefing.

Compound feeds your full portfolio into Claude — every product, every trend, every churn signal. You get plain English: what's working, what's at risk, one specific action. No chart dump.

Reads your entire portfolio in context
Spots concentration risk, churn signals, momentum
One action — not a list of vague suggestions
AI portfolio analysisCOMPLETE

Portfolio healthy but lopsided. Event Organizer is 92% of MRR — concentration risk, not a portfolio. BetterFlow is the momentum story at +18% month-over-month.

Obsidian Sync Free is sliding at −4.1%. Small products churn faster — if you're not actively improving it, it'll hit zero before you notice.

Action this week: Look at BetterFlow trial-to-paid conversion — one better onboarding email could double the growth rate.

Free forever

No paywalls, no 14-day trials, no credit card. Baremetrics charges $108/mo for one Stripe account — Compound is free for all of them.

AI that explains

Every other analytics tool shows you a chart. Compound asks Claude to explain it — what moved, which product drove it, what to do next.

FAQ

Common questions

What is Compound?

Compound is a revenue OS for indie hackers with multiple products. Connect all your payment accounts, see total MRR across your whole portfolio, and get an AI briefing that explains exactly why the numbers moved.

How is Compound different from Baremetrics or ChartMogul?

Both tools assume you have one business on one payment processor. Compound is built for founders with a portfolio — multiple products, multiple platforms, one unified view. It's also free and includes AI analysis.

Do I need to specify which product to sync?

No. Compound syncs all connected accounts in one request and aggregates them automatically. You see the portfolio view and per-product breakdown without any configuration.

What happens if a sync fails?

Failed connections are reported in the sync response. The rest of your portfolio continues syncing. No silent failures.

Does Compound handle Lemon Squeezy annual plans?

Yes. Compound detects annual plans via variant and product names (looking for 'year' or 'annual') and divides by 12 to produce a correct monthly MRR figure.

How does the AI analysis work?

Compound feeds your full portfolio snapshot into Claude Haiku — every product's MRR, growth rate, subscriber count, and 30-day trend. Claude returns a CFO-style briefing: what's working, what needs attention, and one specific action.
